    Dear All,

I have a problem with EEM aplication. I can't log into service catalog, servicedesk or PAM. All services in EEM are running and i can log into eem aplication without  problem. But  i have seen that there is a configuration problem in eem.  In the tab configure, the value install host and install host adress  have a wrong value, a wrong host. How can i change or update  this values ?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jhon,

I'm curious to know how you end up with the wrong server names/hosts? Was this a migrated environment done with copy of a database from another install?

Hi Brian, This is my Test environment and it was working normally until three days ago. I have also seen that some configuration files in the eem were pointing to a wrong server. I have updated them according to this document https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/77079/error-the-ca-directory-itechpoz-service.html  but the error continues

    CA\Directory\dxserver\config\knowledge\itechpoz.dxc
    CA\SC\EmbeddedEntitlementsManager\config\server\server.xml
    CA\SC\iTechnology\iPoz.conf

    Thanks
