    Hi,
I installed Jasper 7.2 (file "TIB_js-jrs_7.2.0_win_x86_64.exe"). Now, the login page show "Note: Your license will expire on 2020-06-28 22:59:59.".
I tried to copy file "jasperserver.license" from DVD "TIB_js-jrs_7.2.0_bin.zip\jasperreports-server-pro-7.2.0-bin\" to "c:\Jaspersoft\jasperreports-server-7.2.0\", same problem.

    Thank you,
    Jan

Are you referring to JasperSoft Server 7.2?

If so, you need to use the Broadcom/CA DVD to install the software as it contains the required license.

    Hi Paul,
Yes I used the Broadcom/CA DVD "DVD0000000002123.iso". How can I check license?

    Hi Jan,
in order to validate if your JasperServer license was applied, n
avigate to your JasperReports Server login page (e.g.: http://localhost:8080/jasperserver-pro).
Click "About JasperReports Server" in the bottom left hand corner.
Once you have applied the license included with your CA Service Management ISO it should show up as
"Enterprise Edition" Commercial License with Expiration "None".
