    Hi Shiva,

It seems there is an issue with the site. I tested with different browsers and found that the download links\buttons are not available for r17.2.10 patch. See below screen print:

    Hi Michael,

The following steps were suggested for me. It did not work for me but worked for someone else. You may want to try this on your end...

    1. Clear the browser cache (Don't use incognito mode)
    2. Login to the support site and then access the link from the RU's page.
    3. If not able to see the download links then logout and re-login again and try.

Please let me know if you still face the issue.

    ------------------------------
    Kind Regards,
    Brian

    Hi @Brian Mathato,

Thanks for the confirmation. Yes, the steps mentioned by Brian worked for me as well. The download icons are available once you login back again.

Had similar problems with the official download and found that the buttons did appear briefly during page load but then disappear.  You can turn it into a game if you keep using F5 and trying to be quick with the mouse click (it does work) or as an alternative try the following links:

    Unix - ftp://ftp.ca.com/CAproducts/unicenter/SVCMGT/unix/0000/
    Windows - ftp://ftp.ca.com/CAproducts/unicenter/SVCMGT/nt/0000/

These are of use provided you know the patch number or just sort on date modified and take the latest :

    Regards
    Joe

    Hello Everyone,

Apologies for the inconvenience being caused due to the download problems. We checked with the team internally and they have suggested the following steps in cases of failure to either view the download links or download itself:

    1. In case, if you fail to see the Patch Download links/button on Broadcom Support, clear your browser cache.
    2. Log out and log back into the page

    Thank You,
    Shiva
