CA Service Catalog 12.9
we have Service Catalog policies for approval of catalog request, I have seen few cases where service catalog request tickets are struck in the 'Approved' status and where as in some case the requests gets moved to the 'pending fulfillment' status after the 'approved' status automatically.
how to get the cause for this behavior and fix it, Ideally the request should automatically moved to pending fulfillment status from approved status.
