  • 1.  how to bring custom fields on xflow & service point

    ​​Dear Members

    We are running Service Desk 17.2 AA mode having many custom fields on Incident/Request & Change Order htmpl files. We need to bring Xflow & Service Point for our users but how can we customized these tools to bring all custom attributes as we have on SDM.?
