CA SDM 14.1.05.1 and pdm_ldap_import and pdm_ldap_sync problems

Anyone having this problem? Since 14.1.05.1 


When running pdm_ldap_import or pdm_ldap_sync I get this error after few updates
pdm_ldap_sync: Method 'found_matching_srel:dept:id' in Contact_Object failed (AHD03053:Clause Where incorrecte : Parse error at : "name= ? AND tenant= U'' OR tenant IS NULL" (Attr not found or not atomic))
and then everything stop.

I did nothing else but installing 14.1.05 and 14.1.05.1 over 14.1.04.1.

Using Merge contact from LDAP on a new contact page still works very well.

We found out about that problem today but patch was installed months ago so a rollback to a previous version is not a consideration.

Anyone knows is that work in 17.x?

I had this issue 6 months ago. Here is what I received from Support (assumes you are not using Multi-Tenancy):

DE39867 in 14.1.05RU1 (https://docops.ca.com/ca-service-management/14-1/en/files/503616473/505823142/1/1540459177812/Steps+to+Reproduce+14.1.05.1.pdf ) brought in some changes to ldap_import in multi tenanted env which is causing this issue.

So, one option is for you to backup NX_ROOT/bin/pdm_ldap_import.exe and pdm_ldap_sync.exe and overwrite them with the ones from NX_ROOT\REPLACED\T6EE446.OLD\bin folder.

Basically we're reverting these two modules to 14.1.05 (without RU1). While below is not needed, you could bounce LDAPVirtdb as well to make it a bit more clean

pdm_bounce ldap_virtdb

now retry your import to see if that works fine.
