  • 1.  CA Service Management Admin not starting after upgrading to R17.3

    hello and Hope everyone is well!

    just wondering if anyone have had issues where the "CA Service Management Admin (CASMTOMCAT)" service not starting after upgrading Service Catalog to 17.3.  Errors in the event log is showing the following:

    The CA Service Management Admin service terminated with the following service-specific error: Incorrect function.
    The CA Service Management Admin service terminated with the following service-specific error: The system cannot open the file.

    very much appreciate anyone's assistance.

    Hi Kenneth,

    How about trying to uninstall and reinstall the 'CA Service Management Admin' module\service? Maybe this might help?
