  • 1.  Jasper Report is not working

    Hi team,

    We are facing issue in exporting data from jasper report. I have also opened support case but they are not responding. and issue is still there for last 3 days.

    When we click on Active request by group or any other thing to export data/report we are failed to export it. It shows us below error we have restarted the server several times to solve the issue but failed to do so and we are unable to understand the reason behind this.
    Please help.

    Are you still facing this issue?

    If so, please provide the version of JasperSoft and SDM that are installed.
