3*3 Priority Calculation

Hi ,

I would like to customize the priority calculation from 5*5  to 3*3 between urgency and impact. Please kindly suggest me a solution.

Chanopas, I don't think you can do that directly thru modification of priority calculation or impact/urgency values. What you could do it to leave the priority calculation intact but limit the impact and urgency values end users can choose from so to make the 5x5 matrix work like 3x3 one. For example, use data partition. Thanks _Chi
