Hope you are all keeping well during this pandemic. Please assist with the following:
The intent is the Business Analyst logs into Catalog and generates an Incident on behalf of the user. I want to populate the Affected End User field in Service Desk with the user and the Requester field with the Business Analyst.
It is currently populating the Business Analyst as the Affected End User.
