  • 1.  ITIL Content pack for SDM 17.2 and JasperReports

    On a new Service Management 17.2 installation we found that, according to KB Doc https://docops.ca.com/ca-service-management/17-2/en/additional-resources/content-pack-for-itil-ca-service-desk-manager/additional-reports-with-itil-content-pack-for-ca-service-desk-manager/ CONTENT PACK FOR ITIL FOR CA SERVICE DESK MANAGER 17.2 (DVD DVD500000000002458.iso ) must contain folder ITIL_Content_17_2\files\reports_CABI_6.x_JasperReports. But, this folder does not exist in this DVD.

    Could we use ITIL_Content_17_1 files instead or ITIL_Content_17_2 must to be fixed?

    Additional file ITIL_Content_17_2\files\data\attribute_definitions.dat doesn't exist either instead we find the file attribute_alias.dat. It is ok to use this file?
