    Hi Andreina,
    this error means the certificate is not installed on CA SDM keystore.

    You need do these steps and restart SDM:

    • Export the CA Process Automation keystore certificate to a file and copy the file to CA SDM.
    • Load the certificate file into CA SDM using the CA SDM pdm_keystore_mgr utility.

    The whole process was done to import the certificate again and it worked correctly.

    @Legacy User got it right.


    I also had trouble when I followed the doc you pointed out but got it working with this techdoc : https://ca-broadcom.wolkenservicedesk.com/external/article?articleId=9538


    And, are you able to log into ITPAM using SSL? If not, the SSL configuration may be wrong.​
