    Hello,
I am trying set notification for supervisor (or Manager) of Group in CA ServiceDesk Manager but I can not find or create right Object Contact in detail of Notification Rule. I can set Supervisor of Group (in detail of Group) but CA does not know this "Objectt Contact".
    Can you help me, please?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Lukas,

This is an old document, but still relevant.

How to add a new Object Contact that can be added as a recipient of an Activity Notification?

I'll see if I can fix up the images if I get the chance - but the text is right.

    Thanks, Kyle_R.

    EDIT.
Done. The images are back in-line in the document, and a few links and stuff tidied up.

    Hi Kyle, Lukas
I suppose, Lukas's question is not only about how to create Object Contact - thats quite easy and described in your attached document.
His question is also about how to define the object.

    I use this: group.supervisor_contact_uuid
