  • 1.  17.3 RU0 - Mobile ServicePoint - Server cannot be connected

    Hi all,
    in my test-/Play-Environment I have following configuration:

    - vmware running 17.3.0.0 with xFlow/Servicepoint activated and running, Catalog running (GERMAN)

    - mobile (memu - emulated) - runnung ServicePoint mobile app
    --> connect to 9002 works when login runs via <IP>:9002
    --> I can create new incident from there
    BUT
    --> I cannot qurey the application: i.e. open tickets says - Connection to the server cannot be established

    Which logs I should check for this?
    - nothing in stdlog
    - nothing in xFlow\APPS\logs
