  • 1.  Issue with emails

    After upgrading to 17.2, emails are not being sent from service catalog. We are seeing below error in the alerts,

    Message: Request Email Action failed. No authentication mechansims supported by both server and client

    below error in audit trail of the request,

    ErrorDescription String No authentication mechansims supported by both server and client


    please suggest a fix for this.

    we have a similar issue in service desk as well.
