    Please can anyone share the upgrade document CA_SAM_Rel4_Upgrade_Manual.pdf 
    The link to access it via Broadcom is dead.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    I must also warn yo that this very document seems to be specific to the upgrade from release 3.x over to 4.x . So it may not necessarily be applicable to you as you seem to want to upgrade from v4.1 to v4.3 (assuming I got my facts correct about your intensions)

    Please confirm if this is applicable for upgrade from 4.3.1 (PHP 5.6) to latest version 4.5.0 (PHP 7.3).

    If not, please provide info for latest version.

    yes, the process is general for any 4.x release; it's really just a step-by-step description of the install process with removing the current release as part of that.

    Hi,

    There is also an updated 2020 KB document for manual step by step CA SAM upgrade including PHP, SourceGuardian, SQL PHP driver, SAM Application etc.
    Tested the process today by upgrading 4.3.3 (php 7.0) to 4.4.2 (php 7.2) and it works perfectly.
