  • 1.  Problem with Catalog Attachments

    When I try do downloadan attachment from a service catalog request that has an accent in the file name I receive the following error:
    An exception occurred while rendering the page, please contact the administrator for more information.

    Hi,

    I think you should open a support ticket for that. If there is a problem with URL links that have accent in file name, it should probably be resolved as a defect so it is included in the next patch for everyone. If there is really a problem with accented file names, I don't think it should be resolved with a workaround (even if someone has a solution).
