17.3 RU06 CA Service Catalog - cannot be started - not in Service-List

Hi,
after upgrading SLCM from 17.3 (new installation) to RU06 - catalog-service not avaliable in startlist.

Other system with same instal-status (17.3 06) has 

Can't find an error for it in installation logs. 

How can I get "D:\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\bin\ViewService.exe" -s "D:\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\conf\viewService.conf"
into Services?

What can I start to do this with installation-Routines?
RU06 cannot be reinstalled cause al_cdb_installstate says that it is installed successfully,

Any idea?

Try running

cd /d "D:\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\bin"
ViewService.exe -install​ "D:\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\conf\viewService.conf"

I got errors with install-command, but services are available now and where started.
