  • 1.  17.1, 17.2 USS/widgets/ServicePoint - autosuggest in form

    Hi,
    in catalog-form we ar using a report-query on ca_contact.
    The query itself works fine and fast.
    In Catalog-GUI it works as aspected. Typing i.e. Schmidt all contacts with last_name Schmidt are selected and shown in the dropdown:
    Doing the same in USS or with widget or with ServicePoint you get (very slow) following output:
    Only with order_by in report you see alphabetical order.
    First hit on Schmidt is shown at the bottom and you have to scroll to get the right one.

    This should be shown and fast like in Catalog-GUI.
    There is already opened a CASE for it but not yet a solution. Seems a problem with using gwt-library.
    Does anybody have an idea how to workoround this? Any coding will be accepted. 
    Any idea where to place a jq() and how to select/modify. I would also do AJAX-call knowing where to hang in.

    Hi Carlos,
    I have active CASE for it at customer. No solution/workaround yet.
    Last comment has been 27/August: This case is currently with Engineering; the change is a major one that is being examined by Development

    There are more problems with different behaviour of catalog- and widget-GUI.

    CASE 01249336 handles it since 28-November-2018 16:52:05
    There also should be a defect 
    DE42944 (27-December-2018 15:02:11)
