High Analyst Session Count Appearing Within usp_kpi_data After Hours, Despite 1 Hour Timeout

    Hello,

Our SDM 12.9 instance has "Timeout 60" set within the web.cfg file, which appears to be behaving as expected, ie if you leave an SDM window open for over an hour within any interaction it times out.

However during the early morning hours (12am - 6am) the [mdb].[dbo].[usp_kpi_data] table is writing numbers to the [kpi_value] column that almost match business hours (7:30am - 5:30pm). I don't understand how this is possible with a 60 minute inactive session timeout?

Anyone else encountered this behaviour or have any suggestions?

    Thanks
    Stuart

    Hi Stuart,

With r12.9 having been EOS\EOL for a few years now, it is unlikely that you will find quick answers to your issue as the product is no longer maintained.

Any reasons you are still stuck with this old version? What are your plans to move to the latest supported releases of the product?
