    Hi Team,

    In our Service Catalog environment the request attachment time stamp is on mm/dd/yyyy format but in USS request attachment time format is dd/mm/yyyy .

    Service Catalog Attachment Time Stamp:

    USS Attachment Time Stamp:

    Is there anyway to change USS attachment time stamp to mm/dd/yyyy format?

    Regards,
    Pankaj

    See if the steps documented here helps:

    Hi Paul,

    Here is the code in the portal-ext.properties file:

    #set this to show the announcement date format in 24/12 hr format:
    # dd-MMM-yy hh.mm.ss aa for 12 hr format
    # dd-MMM-yy HH.mm.ss    for 24 hr format

    announcement.date.format=dd-MMM-yy hh.mm.ss aa

    It appears that you cannot modify this to change the data format, only the time. I tried the following and the USS Server threw errors and failed to start:

    announcement.date.format=MMM-dd-yy hh.mm.ss aa

    Cheers,
    Lindsay

    Pankaj ,

    It might be a very minor bug .

    Based on my testing , it will ONLY occur when you attach a file into a request while initially submitting that request  via USS UI .

    After the request is submitted ,   if you continue attach  another file into that submitted request , post & save it in USS UI  .  The attachment's timestamp format in the request  will all corrected to be mm/dd/yyyy .    Strange .

    I would suggest you to open a support case so that our Engineering team can look into it and correct it  if you want .

    Thanks,Jing
