    Hello community,

    Ca service Catalog

I am needing to fire a PAM process but only to those offers that the user selects from a field of type group of button options.

If the user when completing the form selects the option list of users when sending the request, he must execute the PAM process.

To build a filter for the condition, I have observed several fields called Text_1 ... Text_7 and enum_1 ... enum_5

I am not understanding how through a script in the form depending on the option selected by the user, to be able to store a value in any of those fields and then use it as a condition.

    Does anybody have any suggestions?

    Regards

    Hi Andreina,

I don't think there is any capability in a form JavaScript to set those attributes.

I would say that you should always launch the PAM process. In your PAM process get the form information and determine from the form values entered whether to process further.

    Cheers,

    Hi Lindsay,

Thanks for the info. It was my last option.
I didn't want to be running the PAM process for every request created.
But if I don't have any other alternatives, I'll have to do it like this.
