EEM installation error

Dear Team

We installed the latest version of EEM on RHEL 7.5 , install was succesfull but when we start the service it was not starting it successfully stating error with respect to ETPKI

Hi Santhosh,

This can happen due to the below reason
1.CAPKIHOME environment variable not set correctly during the eem installation
2.CAPKI home directory permissions are not set correctly
