    Hello wonderful people,
    Good day all over the world and trust work is going on cool.
    There's a requirement from a customer to have the description filed on Incident/Request as a "Rich Text Format".
    Please I want to know how possible this request can be?

    Hi Amosu,

    Could you please elaborate on the request? What do you imply with "Rick Text Format" on the description field of the ticket? What do they want to do that they can't at the moment with the OOTB format?

    Otherwise have a look at the  'Keep Tags' and 'Keep Links' properties of the Text Box, which might help:

    - Keep Links:
    The Keep Links property specifies whether or not HTML Action: tags within a text box on the read-only view of a detail form are displayed as hyperlinks or as simple (non-clickable) text.

    - Keep Tags:
    The Keep Tags property specifies whether or not HTML tags within a text box on the read-only view of a detail form are formatted as HTML or as simple (non-clickable) text.
