  • 1.  Create MDR for ITCM

    Hello

    I created a MDR button in Service Management for launch ITCM.

    When I click in the button ITCM page open but not in the correct computer.

    Do you have some tips for me?

    What versions of SDM and ITCM do you have installed?

    Can you provide screenshots of the behavior that you are seeing?

    I haven't actually testing creating an MDR as I don't have a system integration with Service Desk and ITCM, but in looking at the way the ITCM url is constructed I'd suggest the following changes:

    1. Change "Path" to: wac/IDispatch.ca
    2. Change "Parameters" to: tab=computer_console&context_launch_class=DSMComputerAsset+&context_launch_id={computerUUID}


    Hopefully that will help. 

    Does anybody else have any suggestions in case I'm way off?
