  • 1.  Profiling issue with an user on ServiceDesk

    Hello,
    Im having an issue with just one user in ServiceDesk this user has problems with the "results panel" he doesn't see what other users see, with the same permission.

    ServiceDesk r14.1 with no support. We are migration to 17 but we have this issue on production.

    This usually happens if the user has customized their Scoreboard. Try resetting the scoreboard (File->Scoreboard) for the user and see if the Role scoreboard kicks in.

    We tried that and we get this message:

    AHD04495:Error al editar el panel de resultados (AHD4495: Error editing result pane)





    My user is super administrator and has the same error. I tried with severals users and all get the same error trying to reset the pane.
