Dear Community,
I need to clarify the following scenario (because I have no a test lab available :-)).
Env: Service Management 17.3 with xFlow and Service Point enabled.
I set up NTLM to use SSO capability so that an end user who is registered on customer AD and who is also a contact inside Service Desk can access directly its Service Point home page.
The question is: if an end user who is
NOT into customer AD try to access to Service Point, what should happen? I assume that Service Point will present a page with username and password according to access type. Is it in this way?
