Hi all,
at customer we have two installations:
test- env: contains Catalog and SDM on the same Server
prod-env: Catalog and SDM are on different servers
When creating SDM-incident via USS (catalog-service) we have
different behaviours for attachments:
test: Attachments are
uploaded to Servicedesk-Repository
prod: Attachments are
only links in SDM-incident, independent whether attached with USS or Catalog
In Prod we also need to have attachments be uploaded to SDM's servicedesk-Repository.
Any idea how we can solve this?
