DRAFT articles will not have a published date (since they have not been published).  Also, since the system creates a new article # for rework-drafts, they will not have a published date either.  How we can identify and exclude the ones that are still showing up after the draft has been published.

    Hi Swapna,

    1. Try looking at the Knowledge Management Reports and Matrices. I think this would be the best place to start and take it from there?

    2. You may also think about implementing\using the Knowledge Document Schedule. The Knowledge Documents Schedule provides Change Managers, Knowledge Managers, and Level 2 Analysts a high-level view of key events in the knowledge management lifecycle.

    3. Also you can set a Retire\Expiration Date on KD and use the Document Approval Process which might give you more control and a somewhat streamlined process of managing how KD are submitted, published, or retired and by whom.

Check if adding VIEW data partition on all roles for column ACTIVE_STATE will help.
