  • 1.  Need to remove the quick incident button on the task bar

    I am trying to find out what form I need to modify within Service Desk Manager 17.1 to remove the 'Create New Request/Incident' button (the one with the lightning bolt)from the menu bar.  I have attached a screen capture to help illustrate the location.

    Hi Rich,

     

    That comes from the icon_name attribute in the menubar file. Check the menubar_sd file or your modified file for icon_name and remove that attribute.
