The Swing box upgrade instructions describe an alternative in-place upgrade option. However, I cannot find any documentation on how to perform an in-place upgrade. Does this documentation exist anywhere?

    thanks

    Hi Jeffery,

An in-place upgrade is pretty straight forward, in my opinion. You literally launch the install from the current server where Service Desk is installed. The install will detect the current install and determine that an upgrade needs to be done. Then next->next-> as you follow the installation process prompts...

    It is that basic...

    Kind Regards,
