Do you have all the components installed on a single server by chance?

How much RAM do you have allocated to each server(s)?

    Dear Paul,

i installed SDM in advanced availability mode on 3 servers:

    1-background

    1-standby

    1-Application + XFlow + Search Server

And i have separate server for CA Service Catalog

each server have 8 GB of RAM

    Mohanad.Bakr .......

As per the hardware requirements documentation, Server and Hardware Requirements - CA Service Management - 17.2 - CA Technologies Documentation , we recommend 16GB of RAM on the server where xFlow and the Search server are installed.

Please increase the RAM on the xFlow and Search Server and see if the issue continues.

The error indicates that xFlow is not able to get an EEM artifact to access Catalog for this.

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-service-management/17-2/en/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-service-point -->

    1) ensure the user's Access Type in SDM is set to use EEM authentication

    2) stop xFlow, Catalog, SDM,   Start SDM, Catalog, xFlow  to see if the errors disappear?

    thx

    Hi

I have the same error, I don't use EEM authentication in SDM. Is this problematic?

    Thank you

    Jacques

EEM Access Type is needed for the SDM users who want to use Service Point where they would like to see Catalog content too.

Because to use Catalog, you need users to be using EEM.
