Date Field not available in Jaspersoft Domain

Hi All,

 

When i am creating domain and select casd_cr table, i am unable to find open_date in that.

Apart from this, i am also unable to find any date field in tables.

 

Please let us know how to fix it.

Hi Ritu,

 

Currently we do not support the use of domains for Jasper - as we do not deliver a domain. Jasper connects to the object layer of SDM, and not via a domain. The only way to create reports currently is to us jasper studio, and connect to your jasper server from studio, then create your custom report. What we would recommend is for the customer to open one of the existing out of the box reports, and then customize to meet their needs, then save it with a different name and publish it to their jasper server. 
As a side note, custom reports are out of the scope of support to begin with and we should not be assisting customers with custom reports - that would be a CA Services Only engagement.
