    Vikash,

Service Catalog's View.log  and PAM's c20.log  might give some additional ideas on this.  Mostly Catalog is not able to communicate to PAM because of EEM tokens being invalid or the credentials (of Catalog in PAM or PAM in Catalog) are wrong.

I believe PAM -> Catalog is failing because maybe the Catalog dataset in PAM has wrong credentials for Catalog.

You'll have to code correct credentials in the Catalog dataset and retry this.  If it still doesn't work, I'd recommend raising a support case for this and have one of us look into it.

Check if you can ping the Catalog server from PAM using the server/host name specified in the APP URLs > SLCM_URL section of LIbrary > CA SLDM > SLCM_GlobalDataset.  Perhaps ip address for the server/host name is not resolving.
