  • 1.  Can CA Service Desk mobile application work with android version 9?

    I downloaded the service desk application on my mobile phone after updating my phone to version 9 but it is not working.

    Ayodeji,

     

    While Android 9 is not formally certified yet, we did not anticipate on any issues around this.  What type of behavior are you seeing ?

    Hello,

     

    It keeps rolling saying authenticating.

    I would recommend raising a support case for this as this might need an update from our end.
