We own CA SAM and have the demo installed, but my team is looking for a user guide appropriate to the various user groups of the tool - particularly for those performing software asset management functions. Where can we find this?

It does say that it for an older version, but the user guide should still be relevant.

Thanks Steven. I can get to the link and see all the 12/9 guides arrayed, but when I try to open one, I get a "You are not authorized to view this page" message. I suppose I need to contact someone (?) about my account access.
