CA has so many products that its difficult to piece together the most appropriate product that covers the various ITSM processes. Is there a matrix that depicts which product is intended for what against the ITIL Processes?
I am however looking specifically to implement a service catelogue that will have integration into the CMDB, i dont want to create services in both CMDB and a service catelogue but define the service in a service catelogue and link it to Configuration Items in the CMDB - inherently i'm expecting that the service itself will be identified as a configuration item.

The Catalog Service itself is not a Configuration Item(CI).
