  • 1.  Submitted risk survey not scrollable

    Users are not able to scroll down on a risk survey after it has been submitted.

    There is no scroll bar and no other option for scrolling works on that page. 

    Any inputs on fixing this?

    What specific version of SDM is installed?

     

    Which specific web browser(s) are you able to reproduce the behavior with?

    CA SDM 12.9

    The issue was observed on IE and Chrome.

    SDM 12.9 is now end of support.

     

    Do you have plans on upgrading to a supported SDM release?

     

    There were similar issues reported in SDM 12.9 that were resolved with a provided test fix.

     

    Please open a CA Support case and indicate the case # so that I can take ownership.

    I checked with our team and we've decided not to go with this patch as we're in the process of upgrade anyway.

    This issue is not known to occur in the 17.1 version, right?
