I'm trying to install the 17.1 Roll-Up 2 patch and I get an error that it can't find the products.xml file. Has anyone else come across this issue?
I was able to get this working by extracting the zip file to a source folder under the root folder. My initial extract was under NX_ROOT/patches/cum2/..... Apparently the length of the path can cause issues.
