  • 1.  Fix SO05289 - Not available to download

    I see listed in the CA Service Desk Manager 17.1 Solutions & Patches  a fix released after 17.0.1.1 - SO05289 WIN-MAILEATER COMBO FIX. However, there's no download link or release notes for this fix - was it released or it's just a mistake/placeholder for future release ?

    Hi Cristi,

     

    I was able to download the fix from:

     

    https://support.ca.com/us/download-center/solution-detail.html?docid=657167&os=WINDOWS&aparno=SO05289&actionID=5 

     

    After you sign in, you should be able to see the "Download Solution" button, click on it and then after receive an email the link should be available in Cart > Cart History.

     

     

     

    I tested in Firefox but couldn't see the button... so I tested in Chrome and it works.

    This Maileater fix was just released.

    It is possible that the server you are connected to in not in sync yet with the main CA Support Online server.

    Try again either later today or tomorrow to download the maileater fix.

    Let us know if you still encounter issues

    I can download the fix from the Solutions download page - just as oyapa01 mentioned. The link still doesn't work from the CA SDM Solution and Patches page I mentioned.
