Addition of mousehover in home.htmpl

Hello,

 

We need to add mousehover text as soon as end user moves his/her mouse on Create a new Incident  in home.htmpl. Please share any idea how to achieve it.

Hi Mayur,

 

I don't believe we can modify how fast hovertext/tooltip displays. This is controlled by the browser itself.

You can change the delay-time on a mouse-over preview... see this document: Is there a way to disable or increase the time delay for the preview text that is displayed when you hover over a clicka…

There is link available in Create a new Incident in Home.htmpl, We need to configure mouse hover or preview on this link. Out of the box there is no mouse hover or preview available in CA Service Desk.

How can we achieve the same. Small idea in right direction would be appreciable.
