To Update Incident - Service Desk Manager
This is set from some code which I have no clue I need modify it, can someone help me to find the embedded code?
The attributes requirements are set in the status details window, go to the administration tab-> Service Desk->Change Orders or Request/incidents/problems-> Status
Open the status that is asking you for the required attributes, i.e "resolved"
Then go to the tab "dependent attribute control"
You should see here the list of attributes selected to be required upon the selection of that particular status.
