Hi All,  I am facing this issue... just got blank notification, can anyone suggest me how to resolve this thing ? why its showing black ? pls help urgent

    Can you share a screenshot of the HTML message template?  If the message is sent by an Activity Notification (which means that it launches in the context of a 'chgalg' record rather than a 'chg'), you will need to specify attributes in the format '@{change_id.<attribute>}' as shown below.

    In addition, there is a document mentioning the different message formats to be used when using Activity Notifications x Notification Macro.

     

    What syntax can be used in the notification messag - CA Knowledge
