    Hi All,

     

    The classic workflow tasks was implemented to requests and incidents,I have created a request to which I relate these tasks and assign me, however I can not see it in the scoreboard.

     

    I have tried to create a new node with a stored query, but when I select the type Workflow Tasks and Workflow Tasks incident is only available

     

    Any idea how I can view tasks of requests and incidents in the scoreboard?

    Hi Wincer,

    When I go to create a new stored query, in the dropdown for the Type, there is a value called "Request/Incident/Problem Workflow Task" - do you not have that value on yours?

    It looks like this:

     

    Let us know if you have the same values or not.

    Hi Jon,

     

    Request/ Incident/Problem Workflow Task there is not in the dropdown type. we don´t have the same values.

     

    The SDM Version is 14.1 whit the CUM2.

    Hi Wicner,

     

    Can you confirm which language you installed Service Desk in?  The forms are created slightly differently for each language, and it is possible that there is some abnormality.  Additionally, if you have customized one of the forms here, you may be missing updates from the latest cumulative patch.

     

    Pablo or reyru02 do you have a Spanish 14.1.02 installation that you can verify this behavior in?

    The Lenguage is Spanish and there is not customized.

    Check if bopcfg/majic/cm.maj cr_wf in display_group contains stored_query 

     

    OBJECT cr_wf {
        DISPLAY_GROUP "macro event object_notify act_log tree_node stored_query notify_msg_tpl";

    Yes, this seems to be related to USRD 3457:

     

    SAP Portal Services
