When I search for a service offering the search is considering the case sensitive.
I have an offer with name FTP Access.
If I search for ftp no results are displayed, but searching for FTP works.
I´m using catalog 14.1 and have Service Desk sharing the same mdb and in Service Desk the search works without case sensitivity.
This is a but or a configuration in Service Catalog?
What is the collation on the database - Catalog usually obeys the collation there, so if the MDB is case-insensitive then so will Catalog be.
My NLS_SORT variable to mdb database is set as BINARY, not BYNARY_CI.
This is possible to change this variable without affecting service desk and service catalog functioning
