Hello CA Service Desk Manager Customers -
We have discovered an authentication issue with the Mobile Application when it connects directly to CA Service Desk Manager 17.0 that prevents the Employee User Role from being able to sign on (see CA Service Management Release 17.0 - CA Service Management - 17.0 - CA Technologies Documentation ). This does not affect other user roles or customers that have the Mobile Application integrated with USS and/or Catalog nor does it affect SDM 14.1 (or earlier) implementations.
We are currently working to fix this issue as soon as possible and will inform the Community when the fixed version of the Mobile Application is available in the app stores.

This has been addressed in 17.1 along with the Mobile App update released this week (3.1.13). For customers on SDM 14.1, you will need to apply cumulative - 14.1.05 (CA Service Management 14.1 Cumulative Patch 5 (14.1.05) is now available ).
