URL of the survey do not work

Hello I have a survey in SDM 1.1 cum 3  and send the URL to answer the survey ,  when I click on the URL od the mail  the following screen appears:

 

 

Investigate the problem and I followed the steps to solve from this url

Error: "AHD05237:An internal error with surveys occurred." In Browser When Submitting A Survey 

 

But they do not work  In the log I get the following:



if anyone knows how to solve this problem please let me know

Hi Christian,

This was fixed in CP4 as a known issue via a defect.  You can see the listing for it here:  CA Service Desk Manager Fixed Issues - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation .   Search for DE30759.

I would recommend installing CP4 to resolve this one for you

Do you have multi-tenancy enabled in SDM?

 

Did you also follow the steps in TEC505171 (Error "AHD05237: An internal error with surveys occurred" when users click on the Survey feedback URL. )

 

You might also want to look at RO92235 (CA Service Management Solutions & Patches - CA Technologies ) if you do not have it installed already.

I'm encountering that error now in SDM 17.2 I want to see if it's caused by multi tenancy
