I was asked about the posibility of having a custom button in the email body with the Resolve notification to let end users close the ticket from there so they don't need to login in SDM/USS to perform this action.
Is this posible? Maybe instead of a button in the email could be a link?
Unfortunately we dont have a way to close a ticket via a URL in SDM (through SDM or USS). This would be something that would be an enhancement which you can post here in the community as an "idea" - where folks can vote for it and product management can review it for consideration in future releases.
