How can I make custom Attribute available in Site-Defined Condition Macro Atomic Condition

I have use wsp to modify the call_req table to have extra column ( MonitorAgent ) in the table.
I have also use wsp to make it available as a ticket field for data entry.
I need to create a marco condition where this MonitorAgent will be available in the Atomic Condition as a attribute.
How can I make it visible in the Site-Defined Condition Macro Atomic Condition ?

    Hi,

Create an activity association for the new attribute. You'll then be able to use it in conditions.

    Hi,

I created activity association and use data values and it did not work as expected.

Do I need to do any other thing ?
