  • 1.  How to create notification Rule for Request assignee a 2 specific group

    I need created notification rule send specific message when ticket created  is Request and assignee a Group is IT Desktop Support or group IT Laptops Support.

     

    i created the message template and created the conditional site defined macro, but only has successful when use 1 group.

     

    any idea

     

    then i need replicated when this activity occurred

    - resolved

    - transferd

    - log comment

    Hi Jonathan,

     

    This may give you a hit.  When you want it to apply to one or more groups you need to use the Open/Close Group parentheses and change the connectors to OR.
